Susan J. Skroly, Marketing Manager

Sue has spent 6 years in the insurance industry and 7 years in the human resource field. Sue's career started at The Hartford in 1986 in Reinsurance Accounting. She was involved with facultative and treaty accounts dealing with claims contract reviews and analytical experience reporting. Sue was one of the supervisors in the treaty reinsurance department.

Sue spent 6 years at CISGEM Technologies, Inc. before being acquired by Agency Management Services, Inc. in human resources as a Benefit Administrator. She was responsible for all aspects of benefits for the entire company. Sue implemented a new HRIS System and maintained all data base records; administered the 401(k) and worker compensation audits. Sue also researched and implemented all benefit plan designs. She has extensive payroll background and administered personnel policies and procedures.

Sue is involved with the renewal process and various human resource consulting items at Benefit Resource Group, LLC. She is responsible for the development of the appropriate marketplace search for all clients including medical, dental, life, disability, long term care and retirement plan markets. Sue prepares and submits Request For Proposals for annual renewals. The next step is compiling the data from the quotes received and to prepare a spreadsheet analysis of the cost estimate and benefit comparisons for client review. She also coordinates the organization and maintenance of the ACT 3.0 client data base and is responsible for the network administration. Sue holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Eastern CT. State University. She also has her Life and Health License and is currently enrolled in the CEBS program.
